What has to be removed before I can close my account?

Deletion requires the workspace to be empty of running or deployed resources: model deployments, deployed models and Chains, and active training projects. This is a safety measure - it prevents deleting an account that's still accruing charges or serving traffic.

Delete deployments and models from the dashboard (or truss CLI), then retry the account deletion.

If you get the "delete your resources first" message but can't see any resources: don't keep hunting — message us in the in-app chat with your workspace name and we'll take a look from our side.
